Getting Started
Booking with bookacourt is easy - just start from the home page and find the sports center that you wish to play at.
You can either use the map or simply select from the drop down regions. Then select the date that you wish to play and click on Search.
1. Finding An Available Court
From the Search page you will be presented with a grid of courts and times for the date that you selected. Simply tick the boxes of the courts / times that you wish to book and click on Next.
Unavailable courts are marked with a red background colour. If you cannot find what you are looking for you can always try cliking on the next or previous day.
2. Summary
Next you will see a summary of what you have selected. If you are a member of the club then you need to select what level of membership you have and then the correct rates will be displayed.
Click on Next to continue. Please note that when you arrive at the sports centre you will be asked to provide identification and proff of membership, otherwise the full casual rates will be charged.
You qualify for the special members rates only if one or more players hold the correct membership required. Bookacourt makes no additional booking charges - the price you see is the price that you would pay if you were dealing with the sports centre directly.
3. Terms & Conditions
Next you will see a summary of the bookacourt terms and conditions of booking. Please read through and click on I Agree.
4. Your Details
Next you will need to enter your details, including your email address and telephone number (so that we can contact you if required). Please click on Next to continue.
5. Payment
If a payment is required then you will be required to enter your credit card details at this stage. Note that these details will be used dircetly by the sports centre - bookacourt does not make any charges to your credit card.
When done please click on Next to confirm the reservation.
6. Confirmation
Your booking confiurmation will now be displayed. You can print this out and take with you when you play, howevre this is not strictly necessary as the sports centre will already know of your booking and be expecting you (please note that if you are booking online at the last minute and the sports centre is busy then they may not have received your booking.
Please ensure that you take some form of identification with you, including any proof of membership where required.
